Bondurant Post Office was established in June, 1903 in Uinta County prior to the establishment of Sublette County. Mrs. B. F. (Ellie) Bondurant was the first postmaster.

Bondurant Post Office was established in June, 1903 in Uinta County prior to the establishment of Sublette County. It was discontinued in August, 1935 and its mail then handled by Triangle F Ranch. It was re-established in December, 1938.
