Butte, Yellowstone National Park ... about 1 1/2 miles southwest of Mammoth Hot Springs. Named for Judge William H. Clagett, who drafted the original bill to create the Yellowstone National Park, embodying the famous expression of purpose "for the benefit and enjoyment of the people" carved on the arch of the north gateway of the park.
