Wyoming celebrates the Lincoln Bicentennial
Although our state was created after the Lincoln Presidency, our history was impacted by his actions.
"Lincoln" was proposed as the name of our territory;
Lincoln County is named for the President; and
The Lincoln Highway spans our state.
