History:

The highway crosses this creek on a steel bridge practically on the bank of the Big Horn River where the creek empties into it. Just before dropping off the hill south of the creek, the highway crosses the Big Horn canal, and passes a large ranch on the west side of the route. This property was formerly owned by the Worland family for whom the nearby town was named.
