History:
Glencoe Post Office was established in November, 1901 in Uinta County. It was discontinued in May, 1904 but re-established in August, 1906. It was discontinued again in January, 1919 and re-established in March, 1925. It was discontinued for a final time in June, 1927 and its mail then handled by Kemmerer Post Office.
